Q: What do I do next?
  A: It's simple. Call us for a free on-site assessment of your needs.
   
Q: Will I get a quotation?
  A: Yes. After we determine the number of laser printers and fax units you have and their overall usage, we will then quote you a price per printer/fax unit.
   
Q: Are there going to be other costs I will have to pay?
  A: No. Under our TotalCare Plus™ programs, we invoice monthly or quarterly for all units on a per-unit basis.
   
Q: How long is my contract for?
  A: 1 year, however, most customers prefer to opt for a 2 or 3 year lock in rate with annual per-unit rate adjustments. This allows companies an economy of scale.
   
Q: How do I call in a service call?
 

A: All service requests are sent via e-mail to a secure domain with your account code ID, then a technician is dispatched to your location.

   
Q: Do I have to order toner?
  A: No. Ordering of toner is handled by our account representative. All inventory on hand, deliveries and pick-up of empty cartridges is coordinated by our account rep. usually restocking occurs every 2 weeks.
   
Q: Do I get a loaner machine if my machine cannot be fixed?
  A: No. When a printer/fax unit cannot be fixed due to the high cost of repair, it will be necessary for the customer to replace the unit. We are HP and will gladly offer our experience with regards to selection of a comparable unit.
   
Q: What if we trade-up for new HP printers – will I have to pay an additional cost per printer on my contract?
  A: No. We only adjust the pay per printer program annually, at the time of renewal.
   
Q: What if I want to change from one TotalCare Plus™ program to another – can I do that?
  A: Yes. We will recalculate the amount of difference in the monthly printer charge and invoice that amount per unit for the remaining time on your contract.
